Project Brief Introduction :
The project was subsidized by National Natural Science
Fund . According to Chinese medical theory of
promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and the theory of Hemoreology ,
we have selected 7 types and 575 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines and 122
complex prescriptions, which have the effects of promoting blood circulation to
dissipate blood stasis. Then the basic and clinic experiments and research on
Chinese Herbal Medicine With Anti-thrombotic Effects
and Dereasing R.B.C. Aggregatibility
were carried out, which are systemic , profound ,
integrated and large-samples. The project has revealed 219 kinds and 67 complex
prescriptions with anti-thrombotic effects, 124 kinds
and 52 complex prescriptions with thrombolytic
effects and 12 kinds of drugs and 4 complex prescriptions which are better at
decreasing RBC aggregatibility than low molecular dextran(P<0.05-0.001). Authors have initiated A Reference Table
of Intensity of Chinese Herbal Medicines with Thrombolytic
Effects and A Reference Table of Intensity of Chinese Herbal Medicines
with Anti-thrombotic Effects and presented new access
and clue to develop natural medicines with the effects of anti-thrombosis and thrombolytic. They have initiated a new experimental
method , Hematological Model of Natural Blood Stasis
Syndrome, initiated new theory , Hypothesis on Blood Viscosity Syndrome . In
the same time, clinical research was carried out to prove the hypothesis . Large number of articles have been published by
the national and international publish companies and magazines, one of which is
collected by American medical Index , 8 of which are
reprinted by authoritative international magazines, 10 of which are collected
by CD database( one by American Medical Index and nine by Chinese Biologic
Medicine) , one of which is selected by European Medical Science Annals , three
of which are selected by Hand-picked Article of Chinese Medical Research ,etc.
Many famous experts in China and foreign countries have given the research a
high praise ,such as the founder of international biocreology , American professor Yang-Cheng Fang , etc,
on Academic communication
conference of the ninth international biocreology and
second international clinical hemorheology in 1995,
Chinese 96` blood stasis syndrome, thrombotic-diseases
and anti-thrombotic enzyme academic seminar , and new
development seminar of Chinese clinical medicine.
The research is an significant achievement of
integrated western and Chinese traditional medicine, Which has creative,
advanced, scientific and practicable quality . It is
important progress in the field of science and has notable value on speeding up
the development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, Chinese
medical theory of promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and the
