Diagnostic Software of Blood Viscosity Syndrome Hemorheology (abstract)

Through twenty years’ clinical study on BVS(Blood Viscosity Syndrome) , author has found and produced Hypothesis of BVS. In the thesis, he introduced why to produce hypothesis of BVS, its main ideas, BHS (Blood Hyperviscosity Syndrome) , BLS(Blood Lowviscosity Syndrome) , BLHS(Blood Low-Hyperviscosity Syndrome) , BHLS(Blood Hyper-Lowviscosity Syndrome) and diagnostic software of Blood Viscosity Syndrome Hemorheology . The following were emphasized in the conclusions:

1 By Blood Hemorheology test , we verified : ①they actually exist , such as BHS, BLS, BLHS, BHLS, and so on. ②Every type can be divided into 9 kinds of Isoforms, such as dense type, sticky type, aggregation type, coagulate type, packed volume type, erythrocyte aggregation type, rigid type, blood platelets aggregation type , blood plasma type. ③In different state of an illness , different type (or Isoforms ) actually exist . According to state of an illness, there are 8 levels such as 0, ±1, ±2, ±3, ±4, ±5, ±6 grade , and so on.

2 Different types of BVS (include type , Isoforms , grade) can be found in different term of same disease , and same types of BVS can be in same term of different diseases.

3 The patients with different BVS types will be treated by different therapy, which also isn’t fixed for a long time. The therapy should be changed , according to different BVS diagnosis by ambulant hemorheology test .

4 Four types of BHS have its definition , etiology and pathology , clinic manifestation , diagnostic criterion , treatment and clinical application .

5 BVSH diagnostic software : ① devise principle: we adopted advanced theory of rough aggregation , granular calculation technology and hypothesis of BVS . ② advantage: the software can automatically diagnose BVS type, Isoforms and grade, and analyse , advise. This software make it convenient to judge state of an illness , curative effect and prognosis , and search by diagnosis , name or time , to print report or save patient case. The patients’ history , symptoms and main test results are collected , which can prevent unilateral diagnosis and benefit to research curative effect ,pathology , medical selection, etiological factor. The software has adopted the basic theory of holistic concept , TDS( treatment by differentiation of syndromes) ,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis , which is benefit to prevent medical dispute and iatrogenic disease and enrich the treasury of hemorheology.

In brief , this software is creative , advanced , scientific and practical.
